Nice hotel, good price, stayed in a spacious family room, located beside Heathrow airport, one stop away on T2 Piccadilly line.
Handy for short stays as tube to Piccadilly is 40 to 50 mins if you don’t mind the commute and we were alright with that.
There is not much in the area, it’s beside the airport so that’s what you should expect. There is a petrol station 5 mins walk up the road, handy for booze and snacks.
There is a pool and gym but we didn’t use them. Rooms were quiet and there was a fridge, good air con, and tea and coffee making facilities.
If you like aeroplanes you will get a nice close up view of them coming in to land.
We had breakfast included, it offered a decent spread of hot food, fruit (some fresh and some tinned), a small selection of cereals and yogurts, pastries and coffee machines.
Only comment was the breakfast quality wasn’t as high as you would normally expect. I can’t say exactly what it was but another reviewer said it was bland so I’ll echo that. Some small issues with the coffee machines and juice machines. But don’t get me wrong, we ate plenty.
Apart from that I would recommend, we stayed 4 nights and were okay with the commute into town, the price was great. We were even checked in early, so thanks to them for that.
