The Arch Hotel

The hotel itself was great. Clean, safe, awesome staff. The area is just building after building after building. Not very pretty. Lots (literally) of construction. I guess it’s just a dense urban country.

I didn't appreciate being asked if i had a room in the hotel after leaving one of there bars. In addition being called by the front desk and asking if I have a visitor in my room. Are they running the Gestapo or something? I stay at this hotel exclusively ever time i go to Bahrain and this really disappointed me!

Clean, noise from the club was a bit of a problem getting to sleep.

It was clean and had a variety of dining options and places to relax and have a drink also close proximity to shopping. The service was lacking the spa was very rude and could only offer one type of massage even though they offered many styles it was dirty and very disorganized. The service in the Fizz the staff was friendly enough but orders were very slow in getting to you table it took 30 minuets to get a cappuccino

The shower was very bad ! When your in the shower all of sudden very hot water comes and then cold. I complain many times to GM n at f not desk but was never fixed. It is dangerous I and they should sort it out ASAP before some one burns badly.

Bring ear plugs. Nightly parties at one of several clubbing venues on site. Clean. Good area. Spacious rooms.

The location of this hotel is one of the best in all Bahrain.

The hotel and rooms are nice and the staff was very efficient. The area of the hotel is more residential but a quick drive to where there are more restaurants, etc. The bed and pillows in our room were not all that comfortable and the door to the bathroom is designed to automatically close at all times so if you want to keep that door open you have to wedge something heavy in front of it, like a fill suitcase. The bigger issue was during the night. Even though we were on the 9th floor and the disco was on the third floor, we heard bass dance beats all night until about 4am. The Arch is a good value, but not sure I would stay again.

Very nice hotel to stay in. I really like to stay and come back again. Why ! Good location as it is in one of most vivid area Very quite and clean hotel great facilities and nice staff. This hotel has great restaurants and spa as well. Good lobby all this with value price.
