Pas de chauffage et annonce mensongère !

Arrivé de nuit, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de trouver un appartement sans chauffage, alors qu'il faisait mois 2 degrés dehors !!! Et bien entendu, personne n'est joignable de nuit (j'avais eu dans la journée précédente la procédure pour accéder à l'appartement). C'est la 3e et DERNIÈRE fois que je réserve un appartement Ernesto !!! En plus, à chaque fois des problèmes de télévision : Dans le 1er, pas de télécommande, dans le 2e, pas d'antenne et dans ce dernier, même pas de poste TV alors qu'il y en a un sur les photos de l'annonce !!! Mais je pense fortement que l'on m'a donné un appartement dans la même rue mais pas celui que j'avais réservé car aucune photo ne correspond ni même le descriptif !
