The place is nice and clean. The guests were having a party in the downstairs area which spilled outside and also in the 3rd floor and they were loud so they kept me up until 3am. The employee working that night didn’t say anything to them apparently because it kept going.

My stay was alright for the most part. Very clean rooms. The only complaints I have is that the bath tub was plugged up in my room and the pool was pretty foggy. Seems like they don’t keep up with the pool. Also there was a point where I asked for towels and I was never acknowledged or given said towels.

Our go to spot in Lubbock
This is our second time staying at this location and has now been deemed our preferred hotel when we travel to Lubbock to visit our son who attends school at Texas Tech University. The bed was a little firm for my liking but it served its purpose. The TV situation was a little wonky but that’s not the fault of the hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was pretty good (many waffles were made and consumed), the fruit that was available was fresh and delicious as well. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. I was very pleased that they called to verify we were still coming for our reservation because we weren’t arriving until 1am. We had experienced a big headache with another hotel before because they didn’t call and even though I noted that we would be checking in late they gave our room away and charged us still so it was very much appreciated.

Do not stay here!!!!!! If you like throwing your money away come stay here. I book reservations for 7 days and never got to see TV. Everyone that had stayed here was complaining about it and the manager keeps saying they have gotten in touch with the provider. Not true. They just didn’t pay there bill. Don’t stay here unless you have money to throw away.
