"Didn't appear that the floors of the room are ever cleaned. It is tile, but saw no signs of them ever being mopped. 98% of staff was amazing, a few restaurant server's seemed miserable everyday. Bar selection was ok, but this was probably due to being all inclusive property. Balcony was very spacious, I had a suite, but I was on first level, so my view was obstructed! Trees could be trimmed."

My experience was so wonderful that I extended my trip for an additional 4 days to stay at their sister property, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where the same high level of hospitality continued. Serenity at Coconut Bay is the perfect name for this resort—it’s a luxurious, peaceful haven with an incredible team that makes every guest feel special. "We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. Great service, delicious food, and a clean, beautiful beach with full wait staff bringing food and drinks right to you. The beach is public but feels private and has an incredible snorkeling area with so many colorful fish — it’s like swimming in a real-life aquarium. The water is crystal clear and turns deep just a few feet out. If you enjoy stargazing, stay up late — I saw three shooting stars in one night. Huge thanks to our butler Ned and driver Heiginous for making our stay extra special. Highly recommend! Also highly recommend TreeTop restaurant. Another Gem of St Lucia with Spectacular views and great food. "
