Well kept property with lovely garden area with swimming pool and hot tub. Large breakfast either “sweet” or “sour” .Sour a bit like an English breakfast. Sweet -croissant, cake etc. Good position by the walls of Spello. Easy walk to the station and easy parking across the road from the B&B. Room well set up. Good WiFi, hot water, air conditioning, kettle. Nice facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took us to the train station when he saw us out on the street looking at our Google Maps for walking directions. 10-12 minutes walk from the train station. (5 if you jog about halfway!) Great breakfast prepared for us. I would highly recommend staying there. (Download an offline translator because they didn't speak much English.)

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Villamena! It is thoughtfully decorated down to each detail, has a beautiful patio with a refreshing swimming pool, and a generous and delicious breakfast. The location was perfect. Free parking across the street and an easy short walk to the main parts of Spello. Spello itself is a gorgeous and charming town! One of the best I have visited in all of Italy. The host had great recommendations for restaurants, wineries and excursions in Umbria. The room was marvelous with a comfortable bed, great shower and AC, and nice and quiet. Quite spacious as well. We loved our visit and hope to return again!

Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man sollte allerdings Sprachkenntnisse haben, da nur italienisch gesprochen wird. Uns hat der umständliche Ablauf des Frühstücks gestört. Es gibt 4 Zimmer aber am Frühstückstich nur vier Plätze. Wer zu spät kommt, muss warten, bis etwas frei wird.
