Without a shadow of doubt the best hotel ive stayed in @ Santos Good size room , great wifi , good breakfast Virtually next door to the best shopping mall in Santos & Carrefour supermarkets All the staff spoke English which is a bonus for brasil 10 minute walk to the nearest beach Very quiet of an evening Overall a perfect stay

Asked for my room to be cleaned after two days. I usually try to safe the planet by only having my to cleaned every other two-three days after arrival. Had to talk to five people For the to To be cleaned and it was a disaster. They left the room terribly dirty. The floor was simply vile. Even the lady who is in charge of the team / rooms standard and Over and took pictures to show to the team what a disgusting job they had done. Simply unacceptable. I have stayed here several times before but this time may be my last. I had to clean the bathroom Floor myself. I am tired of spending so much money and the hotels and Expedia are the ones to benefit from it. Just not fair. You provide us with a service which we pay in return. You don’t give out money back so you? You simply expect us to putt up with this low standard of service while charming us thousands. Enough is enough. Stop apologising and do your job. Shame on you all

Melhor opção de Santos, mas precisa de manutenção
O Sheraton é um hotel maravilhoso, apesar de não ser pé na areia, os arredores é ótimo. Em relação a estrutura do hotel, também não há do que reclamar, tem tudo muito bem organizado e disposto. O ponto é que precisa de uma manutanção maior. Falando do quarto (1503) havia uma lâmpada com fuga de luz e a do armário com problema no sensor, pedi para arrumarem e colocaram uma outra com fuga. A porta do banheiro, na parte de baixo, esta estufada e o pendurador de toalhas caindo. Já na área da piscina, ela estava suja na parte interna, com sedimentos nas laterais. Na parte de entretetenimento as almofadas de parede da sala infantil totalmente desbotadas e na sala de sinuca os tacos sem ponteiras e o suporte bambo.
