The property owner was extremely nice! Location was perfect, far from the noise but it’s only a 5-7 minute walk from the train station is. Breakfast is served at the time you want and there is hot water! Place is very nice!

Our stay was greatly. The gentleman was very welcoming and answered all my questions. They even offer to keep our luggage until we came back from our trip Machu Picchu when our check out was at 9:30am. I recommend this place.

A friend and I stayed here for one night, before a trip up to Machu Picchu with an early morning start. We slept extremely well — best night's sleep of our trip to Peru! — enjoying the white noise of the creek behind the hotel.

We stay at the second floor. It was noise at night time. You can hear people next room talking . It was hard to sleep. Breakfast was very minimal. Hot water run out. We had to call front desk. They didn’t clean our room while we stayed. No TV also or fridge.

Quaint hostal in rustic style. Placement at the river edge great, last hostal before the hot springs, perfect for me. Nice room with balcony on the river. I loved the sound of the rushing water at night, didn’t need my earplugs. Great shower, comfortable bed. Lovely girl at reception, very helpful. Recommended if you prefer the sounds of nature to the bustle of the town.

I can highly recommend. Very pleasant staff. Hotel Mistico is very clean, on quiet place and very homy. Downstairs there is a mineral shop with local and typical stones of Machu Picchu. All hotel has very nice smell of fragrand sticks which is very congenial. From outside you can hear only river murmur and you are only 5 steps from termal hot water. Only thing we noticed there is not too much hot water for showering in the room. But if you do it quickly is good. I would definitively come back to this hotel again.
