Great location about a leisurely 15 minute walk to Cavill ave. Better still only a couple of minutes walk a tram stop that takes you straight there or if you want to go further down to Broadbeach for casino of pacific fair. For a $1.50 all day ticket the tram is a great option. The room is spacious with lounge and large screen tv. The full kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook in the room. Bedroom is perfect with a medium feel mattress and tv that is surrounded by windows that look out towards surfers and hinterland. All things considered a great room for the price.

Great apartment generally speaking and location was okay. Checked in at 4pm and room not ready. Parking a bit of a pain. No dining options. Room not cleaned properly after previous guests with washer and used soaps left in the shower. Linen clean and tidy Mould in the washing machine Both TVs not working, with one looked like it had been punched in. Real shame it was a lovely place just reception terrible and room not clean. I think we left it cleaner then when we got there.
