The staff and general manager were very nice, and if the review were on them, I'd give 5 Stars. However, the review must help potential future guests and here is our experience.
1. Correspondence with the hotel was difficult and responses were not timely.
2 The rooms, especially the bathroom, are in desperate need of upgrades and deep cleaning.
3. There was never anyone at the registration, we got to the hotel, security had to call the manager and then the manager though trying his best to be helpful couldn't
