Conveniently located, clean, very quiet and practical room with spacious leaving room and plenty of coffee/teas and water bottles for the guests. We loved communicating with Salvatore via WhatsApp, sending him the image of our passports, and receiving very clear check-in/access instructions. It was fun to chat with a few other couples from Austria and Canada while making espresso in the living room!

Our room at B&B Cubbaita was very nice, clean and centrally located. The lift is fun! The office isn't always staffed, but the manager was there to meet us at our time of arrival. Several restaurants/cafes/bars within short walking distance.

What a wonderful Gem of a place, beautifully clean tidy and modern. Salvatore gave perfect instructions how to access the property and it was very close to all amenities. If we come back to Sicily this is the place I will stay.

We stayed at the B&B Cubbaita and found it to be in an easy area for getting around without a car. There were a number of good restaurants nearby. Salvatore was a great host and very helpful.

The stay in B&B Cubbaita was excellent! Arriving in Palermo we were very disappointed BUT Cubbaita was an amazing B&B, the owner Salvatore made the difference for us. Very clean, modern, comfortable and convenient property. In busy Palemro we had our own , closed parking space so it felt very safe. Salvatore had a great recommendations for dining and just made us feel special. As mentioned, we did not quite like Palermo but the stay was amazing and we definitely would recommend it!

A modern, spacious room on the top floor of a building not far from Via Roma. Fortunately there is a small elevator. Breakfast is provided by way of a voucher at a nearby cafe. Salvatore was very helpful in arranging transportation. The only thing that might be improved is the addition of a minibar to chill water. Overall, very good.

This was a wonderful comfortable room in an excellent location! Walkable to everything! We highly recommend Salvatore’ BnB! Two things to note. Avoid bringing a car if you can. We didn’t need our car for the two days we were there and the parking in Palemro is tough. Salvatore was kind enough to rent us is personal off street parking stall. Also the breakfast it at a cafe a few blocks away. Very easy access but the cafe workers didn’t seem particularly helpful or friendly with us when we came for breakfast.

B&B Cubbaita is a lovely place to stay! Salvatore and the team are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are modern, bright and comfortable. It’s a bit of an experience getting up to the room, especially the lift, but this added some fun to our trips out, and the two or three doors to get to the room made us feel completely safe. It was very family friendly, I checked with Salvatore that we’d have a cot in our room, and it was there put up all ready for us when we got there. We were also able to leave our pram in the lobby. It was great that we were able to check in early as we arrived early in the morning, and there was a store for our cases on the day we checked out so we could go out for the day without lugging them around. The b&b is in a good location around a 10 minute walk to the main square and restaurants. Thank you Salvatore for a lovely stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at B&B Cubbiata! The B&B is modern and spotless. Our bed was comfortable and a true queen size. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning in the beautiful common area and I enjoyed the upstairs patio while sipping some limoncello after a day of sightseeing. The B&B is within walking distance to much of what Palermo has to offer. Plenty of restaurants are close by and there is a cute little spot across the street that we stopped at in the evenings for a nightcap. Salvatore is a terrific host/owner! He is at his B&B during the day and is very helpful and accommodating. He can also be reached through What’sapp , which is convenient.

This lodging is called a Bed and Breakfast, which implies that they serve breakfast. Instead they give you a voucher to go to a nearby ice cream shop that serves coffee and pastries in the morning. This is quite different from getting something in the same establishment. We were given all kinds of excuses about why this is normal, but it seems to be another example of over-promising and under delivering. It would be more honest to state that the services are what they really are.

I loved this B&B; a lovely old property with original features; the marble spiral staircase, (there is a lift, too); the windows on the staircase and then once inside the B&B, it has been beautifully decorated and furnished. The communal living room is spacious and nicely furnished. My bedroom with en-suite shower room had patio doors with shutters that opened onto a small balcony overlooking Via Mariano Stabile. The room & shower room were very clean, and the maid came in every day; the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had almost instant hot water. The B&B is situated within easy walking distance of many top tourist spots in the historic centre of Palermo and 5mins walk from quattro canti. I felt completely safe in the whole area, I was travelling by myself (female), and didn't encounter anything that worried me. And finally, Salvatore - he is great. Very helpful and approachable. I would not hesitate to return to this B&B whenever I next come to Palermo. I am so happy I chose this one.

Simply Amazing

This is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Salvatore gave us a fantastic greeting and took great care of us during our stay in Palermo. He has built a fantastic B&B which is modern, stylish and above all very comfortable. The location is very central and in walking distance of the modern and historic city centers, as well as a number of fantastic restaurants. We were provided with some great sight seeing and restaurant suggestions (all of which were spot on). The breakfast was a great choice of Pastry (including the famous Cannoli) or continental style meat, cheese and bread, with beautiful coffee. If you want a great stay in Palermo this is THE place to stay.
