There were literally 2 rooms occupied the week we stayed there. Rooms are okay and you have one staff for the entire 300 rooms available. Rooms do need some maintenance. But the staff at the reception was friendly.

Het ligt op een eiland in ontwikkeling. Kortom ooit wordt het goed maar nu nog niet. Wel goedkoop en ruime kamers. Beetje gedateerd al ondanks dat de buitenkant best mooi is. Het centrum is toch wel 2 km lopen

Staffs were polite and helpul. Breakfast selection very limited. No aircon along corridor, so will be a little bit warm. Furnitures are old, sofa cushion with a lot of stains. However, the room aircon is very quiet.

Not worth the price at all. I paid for the suite room but there was no wifi. And the room service was not good or professional. A few broken or poorly serviced items in the room. Hotel far from the main area

Kepuasan pelanggan penting untul penginapan.

Pendaftaran untuk check in mengambil masa lebih kurang setengah jam dan terpaksa beratur sambil berdiri. Sofa di ruang lobi terhad, susun atur ruangan lobi agak berserabut walaupun penuh dengan barangan antik. Ruang untuk urusan check in tersorok danpetugas tidak mesra alam. Bilik luas tapi bilik air kotor dan meja tidak dibersihkan. Suasana di luar bilik agak bising dari petang hingga tengah malam dan kedengaran dari dalam bilik. Tiada privasi langsung. Kolam mandi terlalu sempit, tidak dapat menampung pelanggan yang ramai menginap di sini. Dicadangkan bekalkan air mineral, buah dan makanan ringan. Pihak pengurusan perlu ambil tindakan segera untuk meningkatkan tahap kebersihan dan kualiti pengurusan supaya memenuhi kehendak pelanggan agar mereka berpuas hati.

Not much to do. It was too quite. The hotel does not provide breakfast and the shop opens after 11am. You will have to order breakfast via grab. I booked for two days and left after my first day.

room with balcony, nice deco, niceeeee room! Amazing view of Malacca town from your room balcony. Swimming pool at level 3 but not for kids. Breakfast mee kari so SEDAP. Definitely will come back!

The design and decoration are spectacular

Couldn't say much about the location because Malacca is developing and building constructions are everywhere. The hotel can improve on; putting the contact list next to the phone, make hair dryer and ironing facilities available for every room (not upon request) & make laundry bag available. The restaurant is small but the staffs are rapidly restore the fast-finishing foods and keep up with number of people who wants to have their breakfast.

One of the worse coz nothing open at this hotel area which is still okay for a new hotel but the nightmare awaits once you have your room keys. The bathroom showers a very dirty water and the towel is horrible. Failure to their bed too as it’s very dusty and insects on their bedsheets Floor hasn’t been cleaned since the room starts doing business Nothing seems to be fine for me as I can’t even ask for an extra quilt. I’ll never come back here again Horrible experience Expedia,you made a wrong decision to give them a high rating
