Our room was at the front of the property. We were right on the street and heard all the street noise all hours of the day and night. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was great. Easy walk into town

Location is excellent: quiet area but still just steps to center of town. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast. Room was clean and in good shape. However, room was also very small and quite expensive. 3 night minimum was more than we wanted to stay, making the nightly cost for the days we wanted to be there very expensive.

What a hidden gem! We needed a place for one night and this was such an amazing find! The staff was amazing and the courtyard room was perfect! Outdoor seating was a bonus and the cute breakfast was a bonus! We will definitely be returning! If you want a perfect place to stay while visiting edgartown, this is it! A short walk into town.. we sat on the rockers on the front porch and enjoyed the sunshine. Perfect in many ways. Thank you for hosting! Until next time.

Just spent a few days at The Richard in Edgartown and it was just wonderful! It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location and I would absolutely recommend a stay there. My room was beautiful and well designed. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was a great size and well appointed. I had everything I needed for my stay. The main areas and outdoors were also amazing. I enjoyed my time in the back garden which is just gorgeously landscaped with great seating options. Lastly, the staff is wonderful. Sasha in particular was great and I had a lovely conversation with the gardener while I sat outdoors having breakfast. I really loved it!!

Beautiful hotel with modern feel. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Easy walk to anything you’d want to see. The room was a bit small for 2 people but it was well appointed and has a mini fridge. The front desk staff - I believe Toni - was incredibly helpful and welcoming and have great food recommendations! Cute breakfast served. The only draw back was not being about to warm up in to room. There is an AC unit but the cool night temp made it even cooler in the room. All in all would definitely stay again.

When checking in, my daughter & 2 young grandchildren, I was told $300!!!! GREAT PRICE, right??? I just got billed $477+!!!!! WHY?
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

Everything was excellent. Only the bed was difficult - worn out to the point of being difficult to sleep (head lower than feet). Seems the bed is used as a couch because there are no chairs on the room. It was very uncomfortable as a result. Very clean, the most helpful staff, great location. Nice breakfast.

Expensive room but not sure how it compares to the area pricing. Also, VERY narrow stairway and no elevator. This would be challenging for elderly people. We were fine but it could be tricky.
