The property is old and "sleepy". Rugs stained, furniture in the room where continental breakfast is is old and doesn't feel clean to sit on. There is no pleasant community space.

The rooms were small and very basic, shower was barely warm. The continental breakfast was very disappointing it made Dunkin’ Donuts a 4 star breakfast. The price was a rip off for the facility and lack of features. Drive further from university for much better accommodative

Staff was very helpful and the free coffee in the early morning is what I look for. Could use softer pillows and more than one wastebasket in the room. Location was perfect for my stay and was convenient to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is very cute/quaint and it is nice to have a restaurant attached. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. There was someone available to help us figure out the key locks out front and the restaurant staff was exceptionally helpful (the food was great as well). The hotel is a bit old but that is part of the charm. Unfortunately, we had a few neighbors that were louder than they should have been (walls are thin and floors squeak...again, it's part of the charm). But I cannot judge the property on a few loud people that should have left the bar area earlier than they did. :)

This is a nice old inn. The highlights of our room were the excellent bedding inclluding high-quality sheets, and a nicely done new shower. The downside was that we never saw a single person – guest or staff. It seems that this is a self-serve inn, from retrieving your key from a lockbox to brewing your own coffee in the morning. This turned out not to be a huge problem, but it did seem strange to have no human contact.

Staff were nice, the place was clean and cute. We booked this last minute when we got to the first place we booked and realized we couldn’t stay so it was a relief to find this at the last minute. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant and it was good. Close to UConn.

Property is fine but nobody was working when we arrived at 10:30am. Also was a carbon monoxide issue and we were evacuated at 1am and apparently they had the same issue the night before

6 room guest house very close to UConn campus. House is very old I suppose historic with original uneven floors. Bathroom was nicely updated but small. Hosts were very nice. May stay again due to location. Wish there was a sidewalk or walking path along Storrs Rd.

It was a nice and comfortable stay. There was breakfast included with our stay, yet in the morning, everything was closed and no signs as to when or why. Other than this, it was a lovely place to stay. Thank you.

Small room but comfortable beds. Very small bathroom. Key was missing at check-in, but a quick text response solved the problem. There is central A/C but no thermostat in the room and so no control over the temperature, and while it was nice and cool when we checked in, I woke at 2am because it was so hot - at least 78F. There was a fan in the room which I guess is an indicator. By 6am the A/C was back on and the room was cool again. Breakfast options had been left out the day before when we checked in and was OK - yogurt, cereal and milk, and some croissants covered in plastic wrap in a bowl. They use ultra high efficiency water spigots which meant that it took many minutes for the water in the sink and shower to get hot. The exterior could use some attention - mowing, trimming, paint, etc. The car chargers on site were hidden by overgrown weeds and looked too dangerous to use to charge my EV due to bent pins and broken plastic. Overall experience was lackluster at best and the cost was far higher than it should have been given the quality of the facilities.

Such a cute little Inn! The bed was sooooo comfortable! Didn’t want to get up! Also loved the black makeup towel! Nice little touch. Very charming place ❤️
