"I find that that bathroom could have been a bit cleanser. Also I was very shocked to see that the mini bar in the room was not filled with beverages. I was kind of disappointed with that since everywhere else I’ve stayed had a filled minibar daily! Also, at Le Cafe, the staff was extremely rude!! Please remove her from that bar and replace her with someone more pleasant. Her name was Shanwashi I believe. Overall that was my only bad experience which stood out. :)"

"We love that the property is small and quiet at eagle beach which is literally across street. Room and washroom are clean if you don’t care for the brand name hotels. I usually book 4-5 stars but this was a 3-star and I’m happy with the service and all. Thanks so much to Clinton who accommodated all my needs and to Anny and to the ladies who served us breakfast every morning. We shall come back and book the family suite when we bring our kids here. If you want quiet and less people stay here or anywhere along eagle beach. Palm beach is for the ones who like the night life. We took a bus and only took like 15 minutes to get to Palm. We also enjoyed dining at La Ramblas at The Cabana Resort just 4 minutes north of EVC.
