Housekeeper did a great job every day. Parking was good and area was supervised. Room was a good size with lots of storage space if you were staying for a longer period of time, say, for a month. TV channels are very limited in English. There used to be a shortcut to the beach which is now blocked, so it is about a 1 km walk unless you can get the shuttle. Overall, some parts of the building could do with a revamp.

Really couldn’t fault this hotel for location, comfort and friendliness of staff. Good selection for breakfast each day and great value food choices at the nearby Kata Walking Street Market.
