This was my third time staying at the Hampton Inn, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my previous experiences. The water in our room never got hot—just lukewarm—which made showers less than enjoyable.
The breakfast area was impressively clean, which I appreciated, but the food quality was very disappointing. The eggs were cold, the bacon was burned, and on Saturday morning, the red potatoes were scorched while the turkey sausages were undercooked and not safe to eat.
On a positive note, the front desk clerks were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their professionalism stood out and made a tough stay a little easier. The valet staff were on point, professional, prompt and courteous.
I’ve had much better stays here in the past, so I hope these issues are addressed soon. I really want to continue recommending this location, but consistency matters.
