Great spot in town! The garden offers a beautiful place to chill while still being close to all the fun parts of town. I split my trip with a few days in town, and a few days on the beach and enjoyed my time in town more! The staff is really nice and accommodating. The property is nice, quiet and safe. It is in the heart of Tulum so everything around was easily accessible. I just had mosquitoes and wet floor that caused me a little bit of inconvenience which was nicely handled by the whole staff. I appreciate their service, hence i enjoyed my stay at Pacha!

Everything was great the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant beside it was really good, we went multiple times. There is a convenience store next to it and a grocery store across the street. The public transportation stop is also very close and downtown is only a few blocks away.
