The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The hotel is eclectic and unique. The location was perfect for its proximity to my work. Our room was small and the bathroom was not a 4 star hotel rank as it was not as clean as it should have been and super small. No place to put your own toiletries and a shower stall so small that I, as a small woman could barely squeeze into. There’s an honor bar and they don’t post prices. Two gin and tonic drinks cost us $37 which is totally unacceptable! I travel every week for work and Dublin is a twice a year trip for me. I really liked this hotel but not sure if I will stay here again.

Lovely historic building with nice courtyard garden and quirky sunken seating area. Fabulous breakfast, freshly cooked to order in kitchen right next to dining area. We were positively encouraged to eat more!

We loved our stay at number 31. The hotel itself is very charming and unique. The room was a very very nice size. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Joanne who went out of her way to ensure that we were making the most of our time there. The thing they don’t tell you is that the breakfast that they include in the room stay will be one of the best breakfasts you have in Dublin. Incredibly delish!!

Good clean accommodation. Staff very friendly. Breakfasts were a bit too "fancy" for my liking, but staff were willing to just provide toast. My partner missed having a Shaving Mirror in the bathroom, but I understand, from talking to staff that all rooms will be refurbished fairly soon, so this will, hopefully be taken into account.

We stayed at this property 20 years ago. We loved it then and now. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely setting. Thanks to Delia and her staff. Rest of staff was also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The only negative for us was that the rooms were too hot. Thank you.

Great location - near many shops and restaurants. We were on the 4th floor so had some stairs to climb but it was worth it (and they carried our bags up for us). Such a gem. We would definitely love to stay here again. Of course, the breakfast was absolutely brilliant - such a talented chef!

Off the beaten path and secluded from noise. Nice break from the hustle and bustle. Would have enjoyed AC as the room was a bit stuffy. They did give us an extra fan which helped. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property.
