After stressful airline issues due to cancellations and delays, it was great having someone like Ritchie assist us with our last minute reservation. The room was dirty, and had rust stains on the floor and windows. The windows were screwed shut on an ocean front room. The tv had lcd broken pix lines in it terrible. There were only 4 channels to choose. The shower leaked water on the floor. There was a lack of plug ins everywhere. The lighting and walls were dilapidated. The elevator was soooo slow, 2 and a half minutes from floor to our 6th floor. We had to walk the stairs several times
