Beautiful room, the ac was a welcomed amenity! Right in the middle of all the action in Split. The service both check in and check out were smooth and stress free.

Perfect stay in Split. Close to everything in Old Town but down a quiet street. Krešimir, our host, could not have been kinder. He met us at the property, which was large and immaculate, and helped us arrange a car to the airport for 4:00a on the day we left. He made restaurant recommendations, which were excellent, and was completely available. The flat at everything we needed and more -- I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Choose this space for time in Split, whether a day or a week. It's perfect.

I saw no staff. No elevator, so not for old people or those who have trouble walking up narrow stairs. Location in center of old City is excellent. Couldn’t be better. No problem with noise from outside. No chair in the room, only 2 stools. Very limited TV. A little hard to find, but that is probably true of all places inside the old town.

We stayed 2 nights here and it was really nice. The location is great in the old town center but still quiet at night. The host was very friendly and helpful with some great suggestions for restaurants and things to explore in Split. Can highly recommend

The property manager Kresimir was super helpful in assisting with our travel issues, was very responsive in communications, and offered good suggestions. He allowed us to keep our luggage in the property when some unexpected travel interruptions occurred. Overall the property was very well located and accessible to the old town of Split and ferry port, clean, and has great water pressure.

Great location. Convenient to main sites, activities and an array of restaurants. Very clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Location is between two courtyard restaurants which are loud late into the night. Enjoy the fun, take your earplugs or stay somewhere else.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! This property is in the heart of all the action. It can be loud at night but never enough to keep us awake, this was expected in this location anyways. Host was responsive and helpful. He took care of our luggage when we arrived early. Room was clean, safe and easy to access! Would definitely stay here again.

Kresimir was a wonderful host, very accommodating. He arranged transportation to and from the guesthouse and met us outside when we arrived and helped take our luggage up to the room. He explained everything and gave great recommendations for food. Room was clean and AC worked great. There was a minor issue with the room but he responded right away. The guesthouse is right by the main square and is a 1-min walk to the Palace and 3 mins to the Split Riva promenade, literally in the middle of everything. There's even a great restaurant right outside.

My stay was short but super! The help and overview of things to do in Split, where to eat, what to see that I got from Krešimir was very helpful! The room was super quiet too at night - the windows are really great to close when there are lively crowds outside. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect! Krešimir was extremely accommodating and helpful especially as I arrived a bit early (due to a very heavy rainstorm), and helped me to get settled. I highly recommend staying at the Guesthouse Imperator too, due of its central location in Old Town, and the nice staff.
