We had a great stay at Hanoi Paon! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need. From the initial contact, to arrange the airport transfer, and all through my fortnight stay at this wonderful hotel I was met with great service and friendly staff who wanted to help me enjoy my stay as much as possible.
