Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à restaurantes, lanchonetes e outras comodidades, dá para ir jantar e almoçar a pé. O trecho da avenida que passa praticamente na porta do hotel é um charme. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos e limpos. Ar condicionado funcionando bem e sem cheiro ruim. O terraço do hotel, onde é servido um café da tarde tem uma vista linda da cidade. Academia permite fazer bastante coisa. Tem também uma piscina no terraço. Café da manhã bom. Equipe educada e atenciosa. O estacionamento é pago à parte. O único problema que tive foi barulho de som automotivo. Alguns jovens ficaram na avenida mais ou menos entre 1h e 5h na quinta e sexta-feira e isso me incomodou bastante. Mas como já tive o mesmo problema em outros hotéis, levo sempre protetor auricular (aqueles laranjas) e isso permitiu que eu conseguisse dormir melhor.

Havíamos sinalizado previamente que iríamos chegar na sexta, dia 27/3, às 23 horas. Chegamos na recepção e houve alguns ruídos. Funcionário da recepção informou para os hóspedes ao lado sobre a promoção do mês de março, na qual ao negociar uma diária, o hóspede ganharia a segunda diária. Achamos estranho, devido à disparidade de preço. Gritaria na recepção, elevador super demorado e sempre cheio. Tumulto exacerbado. Ofereceram água de cortesia para os hóspedes ao nosso lado e não foi ofertado o mesmo. Somente nos falou sobre a promoção após ouvirmos o hóspede ao lado perguntando ao outro funcionário e perguntarmos a mesma coisa. Funcionário da noite (o mesmo) nos direcionou para um quarto com condição de infraestrutura deplorável. Ao fechar a porta, parte da madeira caiu. Isolamento acústico zero. Uma festa no perímetro do hotel impossibilitou o pleno sono. Ao reportarmos o evento, após uma noite de sono perdida, fomos reconduzidos para um novo quarto. Surpreende o valor, acredito que desde o início éramos para estar no quarto do segundo dia. O preço além do praticado pelo estadia a despeito da reserva ter sido efetivada há mais de 50 dias. Observação: café da manhã do sábado incondizente com a descrição do hotel.
