We arrived before midnight around 10:30pm and there was no one at the front desk, we called the number on the door, buzzed several times, we ended up staying at comfort inn because we couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Knights Inn was clean, bed was comfortable. It was very quiet considering it was so close to the 401. Staff was always available. It’s an older building so a little rough around the edges but clean and well maintained.

Comfortable stay

The staff at this hotel are extremely professional.Courteous courteous and very efficient. The room was clean, with a full kitchen which is nice for longer stays. Outside are lots of picnic benches and barbecues that are available for use highly recommended

A woman at the front desk refused my booking because I asked questions about the fact that a pet-approved room is a higher room rate, plus a surcharge, something that wasn't disclosed during booking. She blew up at me and told me to leave, when I had just arrived at 11:30 pm after a very long day on the road. I will never recommend this location.

The motel was perfect for what we needed which was a place to sleep. A comfortable bed, very clean, large fridge with freezer. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. Check in was 4:00 and we had been on the road for 12 hours at that time. An earlier check in would have made the stay better if that could have been accommodated.

Excellent value for money, very clean, roomy. Bathroom was super clean too. Exceeded all expectations. Did not expect to see a full-sized fridge, fully renovated rooms, light dimmer too! Staff is very nice & helpful. Definitely coming back when we travel that way. Thank you for everything.
