Broken check-in process included a 1/2 hour wait on the street with luggage, even though arrival time was communicated per the e-mailed instructions. 1 hr late check-out given vs 2 hrs requested. 3.7% non-refundable fee for using a credit card for the security deposit, if given such an option vs cash. Hot water heater is wonky - it went out on the 3rd night, but I was able to turn it back on (hint: it's on the corridor wall). Once you get past all that, the apt is OK.
