Really nice place to stay, close to the center of town. Good and helpful service, eventhough our spanish wasn’t so good. The room was clean. Only problem was the bed, a bit small and not too comfortable. We would recommend the place.

The property claims there is an English speaker on staff. Not so! I normally wouldn’t have expected to be catered to, but if they are advertising English spoken, I expect them to keep their word. Not even a cup of instant coffee was available in the morning. Sounds from all the surrounding rooms (tv, family fights, etc) made sleeping a challenge.

Los baños no tenían toallas y nos tocó ir a pedirlas a la recepción y nos comentaron que todavía no habían llegado cosa que nos quedamos de que?? No pensamos que nos contestaran eso Jejejjejje pero bueno el de la recepción fue por toallas y una estaba rota ya no dijimos nada porque la verdad no sabíamos si nos darían otra los colchones muy. Irnos he incómodos y nos salió una cucaracha en la habitación, las regadera está oxidada y pues muy básico ahora sí que para dormir por emergencia pues está bien ya que esta muy ubicado eso si la señora del restaurante súper linda y atenta en eso si mis respetos y muy servícial se sacó un 10 y guisa delicioso

Tiene cosas que pueden mejorar en cuestión de servicio, pero el lugar es agradable, la atención es buena, está en buena ubicación. No use el servicio de restaurante pero se siente algo raro que su manejo sea externo al Hotel, se siente muy informal, lo atiende sólo una persona. Yo obtuve tarifa promocional, pero a precio normal se me haría caro. En general es una buena opción.
