Town motel deserves a solid review! The exterior of the property is rough and they accept long-term stays which leads to a lot of people hanging around. They were all very kind to us!! Our room was extremely clean, spacious and neat/updated. Decent water pressure in the shower. Good TV and channels. Quiet at night and no issues with noise. Great location in downtown Oshkosh. We stayed for a graduation and it was perfect for getting to Walmart, campus, restaurants, etc. good parking lot. While the exterior gives the property a bad rap, it was a great place for $70. My family paid $300/night at Marriott. I was very happy with $70/night.

Surprise, the rooms are awesome.

The outside looks pretty scary, but inside the rooms are really nice and huge. There is brand new flooring and nice and clean with new bed spreads. The beds were very comfortable. They need to clean and update the outside of the building.

Woken up at 5 am by a women staying at motel. She was screaming about angels in the sky and obviously intoxicated-high. He room was a few doors away from mine. When I left she was still drinking outside her door and her room door was open. Obviously a long term tenant. Gross.

Did not return my calls on day of checkin.No one at front desk when I arrived. Other tenants noisy. Room key didn’t work. Litter in the parking lot. No towel bars anywhere. Only one tiny waste basket. No recycle basket. One washcloth was stained. No coffee pot in the room. But the bed was comfortable. A/C worked. Larger than usual refrigerator. Good location for our needs.

Save yourself the trouble.

The first room I tried was making me ill to stay in. The second room I tried, I thought I could stay in, but I was wrong. The bed sheets seemed clean but the floor made the soles of my feet black. Then I checked out completely. The attendant said the unavailable owner was the only person that could refund my money. I was unable to get to him before I left, so I will be disputing the charges.

This place looks run-down and a bit sketchy. The person at the front desk was incredibly helpful and nice. It was a 10 minute drive to AirVenture. A great location if you need a place to sleep for the night, and don't need anything fancy.

We had a very good day. I’ll check in with Cliff people running the hotel with House. Planning were great when we need towels. They took them and washed them and got us a new set immediately. It’s not in the Best area but everyone we met was very friendly and we had no issues with parking or anything else

It was a nice clean room. The bed was soft. The water was hot. Doesn't look like much from outside, but it works well. Best thing is location, in Downtown Oshkosh. I'll be back.

I brought some of my own blankets up stairs to my room and The manager Call my room and asked how many gas I had with me because he saw me bringing more blankets amphitheater asking I have no gas so bad for 10 o’clock
