El personal muy amable y genial. La habitación y el baño muy pequeño y muy antiguo.

El hotel está bien ubicado, en el casco antiguo. Está arriba de un restaurante, no tiene recepción y haces check-in ahí. Eso crea desconfianza. Atrás hay un callejón lleno de bolsas de basura y un bar. Hay ruido y voces toda la noche. La habitación es modesta y limpia.

Checkin is at the counter of a steak restaurant. Checkout is at 11am, not 12 like most Zurich hotels. The breakfast buffet is quite basic in quality. The room was clean and spacious.

Room was air conditioned. TV with English language news channels. Breakfast attendant helpful. Outdoor tables in the photos are strictly for the guests at the restaurant downstairs, not the hotel guests. Hotel entrance for guests is at the back of the building. Location convenient to the train station and to the tourist attractions (churches, shopping, dining) in the central part of Zurich.

Great location, in the middle of old town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, walk to river Limmat, walk to Lake Zurich and all major attractions. The room is small, basic. Bring extension cords since there is only one outlet to charge your electronics. Breakfast is good quality but lacks variety.

The hotel is located in an older part of town. Easy to reach by foot from the train station, less than a fifteen minute walk. The entrance to the hotel is in the back of the building or it can also be reached through the restaurant in the front. The people were friendly. The problem I had with the room was that there was a random noise that occurred every hour or so, including at night. I had hoped that it would stop once the restaurant was closed. It was enough to wake me up a few times during the night. Overall a good stop for one night. Had it not been for the noise I would rate it higher.

Great spot in the old town. It’s across from a bar that stays open until 2am on the weekends so unfortunately it can be loud when you’re trying to sleep. Nothing the hotel can do of course but a fair warning! Breakfast included is such a bonus in an expensive city. They stored our luggage from 7am to check in. 8 min walk from the train station. I would definitely stay again.

Booked a double deluxe room for single occupancy. Quick check in - basics just covered by restaurant staff member. Hotel is well located for most things. Room ok but bed within a foot of one wall, radiator and window. Shower room ok. Breakfast is barely average. Not really a hotel as no reception as such - you use your room card to get back in at the back of the hotel. Told that was guest’s way out as well. Critical question is would I use again - no. Goodness knows how people can give this place a 10.

We arrived earlier than checking so we just sat in bar area waiting for room to be ready. When a staff member came in an hour later, she said hello and oh, your room has been ready. Do it would have been nice for staff to communicate. Great location. Room was fine, nothing fancy.
