The place is very spacious but needed a tender loving care. Notice the carpets are pretty much worn out and walls look like it's gonna separate and ceilings got a hole and missing a cover in the main dining, In the main foyer there is a leak maybe from the air-conditioning.If it's been given a refurbishing the hotel would look great. Location is only 5 minutes to the airport.Food is excellent 👌

楽しい朝食と地域を楽しめる親切な安らぎの宿

ダナン空港から徒歩圏の宿です。建物や施設は古いですがとてもしっかり清掃されリネン類共々気持ちの良く７日間滞在できました。朝食は地元料理？で献立が滞在中日替わりでした。バインミーとフォーはスタッフが出来立てを提供してくれます。受付スタッフ以外は英語が通じませんが素敵な笑顔とゼスチャーで懸命にゲストの要求に応じます。レッドパレスと言う結婚式場に隣接。運が良ければ素敵な結婚式の様子が見れます。寝坊助には隣接の軍隊施設から聞こえる起床ラッパは有効です。

Not a good hotel for a family,it is budget hotel good for a single male to stay very chep. Rooms are not maintained for ages,very old,no bell boy or any other staff on duty only the poor receptionist carry your bags.

I stayed at Red Palace Hotel for 8 days and 7 nights, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience from start to finish. While it isn't the fanciest hotel and did seem a little run down in places, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had no issues with the hotel at all. My room was cleaned every day by two lovely housekeeping ladies who did an excellent job. They changed my used towels daily, scrubbed the toilet, emptied the rubbish bins, refilled the complimentary water bottles, and made the bed beautifully each day. Their attention to detail and consistency were truly appreciated. Everything in my room worked perfectly. I had no problems with the air conditioning, the toilet, or the hot and cold water in either the sink or the shower. Breakfast was included with my stay; however, I didn't try it as I'm a bit of a fussy eater! 😄 One unexpected bonus was the hotel's location. Although it's on a main road, the hotel sits back from the street, so I barely noticed any traffic noise or beeping during my stay, which made it nice and peaceful. The biggest bonus of all was the value for money. For what I paid for my 7-night stay, I honestly couldn't have asked for more. Overall, my stay was comfortable, clean, and hassle-free. I would happily stay at Red Palace Hotel again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation with excellent housekeeping and great value.

Hotel was in great need of a refit. Breakfast wasn't very gd, staff non English speaking. Close to airport the only positive...wouldn't recommend

관리자분은 너무 친절하지만 절대가지마요 현지인들만 가는 분위기고 4시간정도 머무르고 갈곳이라 싸서 갔는데 정말 찝찝 그 자체에 소음,담배냄새 하,,,,, 다낭리조트들 싸고 고급진 시설 이용하다 여기 싼맛에 왔더니 후회막심ㅜ ㅜ 싼데는 이유가 있어요 전 잠시여도 비추천 입니다

Home away from home

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also speak English. The room was comfortable and always clean. The breakfast is typical Vietnamese. I will stay here again.

가격이 너무 싸서 별 기대 안했는데 너무 깔끔해서 좋았다 성인 네명이서 공항에서부터 새벽에 걸어서 올수 있었다 방 바로앞이 담배피는 곳이라 방을 옮겨달라고 했더니 바로 옮겨주고 직원이 영어를 잘해서 소통에도 크게 문제가 없었다 방에 벌레가 나올까 무서웠지만 그런것도 없었다 다만 아침일찍 밖이 시끄러워 잠에서 깼다
