I wouldn't call this place a hotel. First off, we got multiple emails that had different addresses for where to go. We had a really hard time figuring out where to check in and finally realized you check in at a tube rental/gift shop, then they walk you across the street and down an alley to find your apartment. The entire place has dirty carpet, including the bathrooms. It is a weird layout, and it has a basement door with no way to lock it from the inside, so zero security there. All in all it accomplished what we needed it for, a one night stay in Lava Hot Springs, but we wouldn't book here again.
