Awful clientele except the doorman. Who stayed at his post all the time and were quickly up to open main door. Even if I said no just sit, got it. He went above and beyond and he was only a doorman security. There is a woman that owns the hotel now. I think she changed name from Nagar Valley to Budget hotel. The receptionist clerk and two others kept people up by spraying huge amounts of insect repellent in the rooms all night. They also admitted it and I talked to a friend who told me the same what they where trying. This is poison. Very bad for health I will report them and also contact my lawyer. If possible to sue. I go do bloodwork and give with report. Norwegian Embassy already informed. They were shocked. These three please have a chat to about work ethics. This is dead serious and I will use my time on this case. So here adamant that this will never happen again. They belong to have some training in customer service. If money for jail can be saved and given in love and help. Please proceed. 🙏Ss discussed. Terrible hotel staff. Nauseous..

Room was full of bed bugs. Excuse was pest control did not show up for one month. I wonder how this kind of hotel can take place in hotel dot com web sites. Never again.

Convenient for whoever is going to the airport. Restaurant is okay and you have to order food beforehand. Most staff are okay. They served the complimentary breakfast cold. Just toast and parata with potato curry. And sweet and little coffee. Elevator is installed in a weird position; if you have heavy luggage, you need to carry it half of the way.

宿泊客が多かったせいか、インターネット予約がキャンセルされていると確認もせずに言われた。再度確認するように言ったがなかなか応じず、メールでのやり取りやエクスペディアのサイトを見せてようやく確認をした。当然キャンセルされていなかった。 まずは、チャックインの際には、フロントマンは予約の確認をするようにしてほしい。

I was there In October for 1 day. They up-charged me $25 for having 1 extra person. I showed them website charging $5 for the extra person. But, they made me pay $25. Room was okay, but very disappointed with the bathroom. It was gross with stain all over the bathtub and yeah, free cockroaches. Things to add, onside restaurant was a plus and good food. Will never comeback again.
