friendly and polite staff; good breakfast buffet; room wasn't well cleaned at checkin; toilet & sink in bathroom tiny but room was spacious; a nice place to stay when highly fluxuating booking rate is low

Nice hotel. Transportation provided by hotel to another nearby hotel was way too expensive in a town without regular taxis...

Great place to spend the night in Dumaguete. The kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking is a little difficult and navigating the hotel can be a challenge but overall a great place to stay.

The breakfast was awesome …the guard at the door was great ,one couldn’t ask for a better person ..so if one stays here ,please give her a tip ..big smiles and very friendly and helpful …only down side ,the rooms don’t have wash cloths or face towels ..other than that it’s a good place to stay

Nice hotel near the Sibulan (Dumaguete) airport

This hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport, therefore, excellent for overnight stay. Additionally, it is located 15-20 minutes by tricycle to the Robinson Shopping Center where you could find anything you might need. I would stay there again in the future.

,,

Dont have hair dryer Lost my t shirt Dont have seat for breakfast Some food not enough for breakfast Dont have guide for the table
Opinión verificada

2/10 Mala

The desk clerk was rude and falsely claimed I reserved a room with two twin beds. I had to be assertive and made them put us in a room with a queen bed. Also there was no hot water and the toiletries were lacking. The hotel is laid out strangely makking it difficult for someone with a disability to get around.

We booked 2 executive suites but got 2 very different rooms, 1 was ok but the other was much smaller and NOT an executive suite, told the reception but they said they were the same
