We booked a 1 night stay when attending a nearby event at the University of the Sunshine Coast. It coincided with the School Holidays and Grand Final Night on the October Long Weekend. We stayed in Apartment 805 on the top floor. Apartment was modern, spacious living areas, two bedrooms. The main bedroom had high ceilings and it's own ensuite. Both bathrooms contained vanity, shower and toilet and are very compact. The 2nd bedroom contained two twin beds & a build in desk. The wall/door to the bedroom were frosted glass sliding doors on tracks. Unfortunately that meant a very early wakeup for Miss 9 as the dining room only had gauze curtains and the sun rising over Mooloolaba beamed into her bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed but we didn't cook/eat in. Full size french door fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, all the kitchen essentials including toaster and kettle. They was a built-in Miele coffee machine but no pods to use with it. Full size laundry with tub, washer & dryer. Small balcony which would be nice to sit out on and read a book or just watch the ocean. Building contained a lap pool, barbecue area and well equipped gym. Secure entry and allocated secure parking. We'd definitely stay again, however there was some confusion between the rules of the establishment displayed on hotels.com regarding the pool and completion of paperwork via email regarding checkin due to the building having remote management and costs not matching what we had paid in full at booking
