I can't say enough about this hotel. We had an outstanding experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, polite and fabulous. The location of the hotel was as good as you could expect - close to the edge of the manic and exciting Trabzon market area. The breakfast was an experience - lots of different foods and very high quality and great presentation. Overall, this hotel puts most of the many US hotels I've stayed in to shame. Thanks for the great experience!

Great hotel for a quick stay 10minutes from the airport. Husam was very helpful and got us the perfect room. Also laundry service was convenient and much needed after traveling for weeks vs washing stuff by hand. Close to the city center and a short walk to nice parks, shopping and restaurants.

It was great, the hotel is clean and easy to find , great location near meydan. Husam deen was very helpful he provide us with all information about the city and arranged for diferent trips. Very disappointing experience. The only positive point of this hotel is its good location. It is advertised as a four-star hotel, but in reality it does not even meet basic standards and feels closer to a one-star property. The staff do not speak English, which made communication very difficult. There was a strong smell of smoke everywhere in the hotel. They changed our room after we complained, but the new room still smelled of smoke. The rooms are very small, very noisy, the beds are uncomfortable, and cleanliness was below acceptable standards. Overall, the hotel did not feel well maintained or welcoming, and it was difficult to rest because of the noise. Breakfast was also disappointing. If you arrive after 8:00 a.m., many plates are empty and the food is not properly refilled, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming four-star standards. What was even more frustrating was the situation with my family’s reservation. Their booking was non-refundable, but because their flights were cancelled, their travel agency contacted the hotel to request an exceptional gesture such as a partial refund or a voucher. The hotel did not reply, did not show any understanding for the situation, and kept the reservation active. This showed a complete lack of compassion and customer care. I would not recommend this hotel because of the poor service, misleading star rating, lack of communication, uncomfortable conditions, disappointing breakfast, and absence of humanity…

Set your GPS to the main road, otherwise you will have to arrive at the front door through the narrow bazaar!!! Not fun at night! This is a basic, clean hotel. Efficient and satisfactory breakfast with good view.

A very good stay.

The hotel is very good. The staff is friendly. our sea-view rooms were quite tiny and so was the shower space. The hotel is extremely eco-friendly that the lights switch off when you stop moving for more than 7 seconds waiting for the lift to arrive. The breakfast was good with an amazing view, but download a translator app for effective communication with most of the staff.

It is ridiculous, there were no blankets in 2 rooms. The hotel receptionist said that they didn't have blankets. There was no hot water. I paid for 3 nights; eventually, my family and I had to leave after the first night. So, we lost money.

very bad experience, the room was very very small with no space for walking and your luggage, the bathroom very small area, the price high in comparison with service and room, there is no bed quilt in the hotel ever, I leave the room before 1 night from the end my reservation due to the bad hotel.

23-25 Nisan arasında Funda Otele misafir oldum. Otel çalışanlarını ve yönetimini başarılı çalışmalarından dolayı kutluyorum. Uçağım erken saatte geldi ve otele erken ulaştım. Yağmur ve fırtınada zor şartlarda ulaşınca sağ olsunlar. Kaydımı hemen tamamlayıp, hemen odayı hazırladılar. Oda tertemizdi. Şehrin çok işlek bir noktasında olmasına rağmen hem etrafta hem de otelde ses yoktu. Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi, kahvaltı manzarasını anlatmayayım gelin görün bonus olsun :) Çoğu yere ulaşımın başlangıç noktasında bulunuyor. Fiyat performans olarak da makul buldum. Trabzon'u ziyaret edecek eşime dostuma konaklamak için 1.sırada tavsiye edeceğim.
