Lovely room with sea view. Not particularly big but had practically everything you needed. Nice friendly staff. Good location between the town and the seafront.

The reception and bar area was alright but our room was very tired and not for comfort. The staff were friendly. We checked out a day early as we just needed more comfort and luxury. To be fair, the reception asked if everything was alright with the room but we didn’t want to cause offense so we didn’t say anything. I think if all the room had a decent refurb it’d be worth the £150 per night.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel welcome, the young man on reception was very helpful and friendly he offered us an upgrade to a sea view room and honestly could not fault the view or the lovely sunsets. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we could need on hand. we did not eat at the hotel as we were visiting family but from the glimpses into the restaurant it looked very nice and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.,

Stayed in room 12A which had a nice view over the sea. Room was clean and modern - no a/c but a powerful fan had been placed in the room before arrival and the windows opened. Each member of staff was cheerful, polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice and value for money.

Do not stay here, awful old building, stay at the Premier Inn 100m away, 2/3rds of the price and twice as good. We viewed three rooms, 4. 14 & 28. All depressingly tired and awful, we walked out and found another hotel.

Very clean comfortable room with a sea view, this was larger than rooms in most hotels which we liked but would not be described as luxurious more a good quality well maintained room. From the outside the hotel does not impress but this is no indication of the quality of the room and the friendly helpful staff. The location is very close to the seafront and near to a well maintained park which has an excellent cafe. I found the seaside town quite interestingly quirky and with good weather there is plenty to do. I would stay there again and my wife who is a trained observer found little wrong. so that’s a winner really!

A superbly located hotel overlooking Exmouth beach. Staff were exceptionally helpful at all times, Room was cool and comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a lovely sea view. Another highlight was the spacious bar and an excellent selection of cocktails. Only minor issues were difficulty parking and a cooked breakfast which could have better quality ingredients. 9/10

Lovely stay, room spacious and had lovely view of the sea. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would suggest is that the £13 for breakfast for the continental was a bit high especially for my dad as he only had a bowl of cereal, there was a good selection though. Maybe two separate prices as the full English was definitely worth the money.

We had been traveling for about 18 hours when we finally arrived at the hotel. We were treated warmly and our room was ready even though we were there before check-in time. The room had a view of the water, was very clean, had tea and coffee in the room, along with biscuit snacks. The bathroom had a lovely shower, however it was impossible to keep the water inside the shower due to its design. We enjoy a full English breakfast which was delicious and more than enough. The hotel is in town, so very convenient to get around.

Another lovely stay at the Manor. Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable but be prepared for old fashioned. If you want newer and more uniform, pay a lot more at the Premier inn with its scaffolding still!! I like Exmouth's old hotels they have character and offer GVFM . We didn’t have breakfast but did have food in the bar the evening before which was excellent. Book parking ahead of your stay as it’s limited. Out the front there are public spaces, but v limited.
