The elevator was broken, yet we were assigned a room on the 5th floor without any prior notice. If we had known in advance, especially for anyone with special conditions (e.g., pregnancy), we would have booked another hotel. When we raised concerns, the staff simply said they didn’t know when it would be fixed, and it remained out of service for the two days of our stay. Their solution was to move us to the 4th floor and offer $50 off (as we insisted for compensation), which was far from adequate compensation for the inconvenience.
The problems didn’t stop there. The internet speed was extremely poor, housekeeping never cleaned the room during our stay, and the sheets and pillows had an unpleasant smell. The hotel also lacks a proper lobby area to sit and relax.
Overall, the service and facilities were highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
