I've stayed here in the past and it was great, this time not so much. I was there 4 nights with weak / no Wifi and TV. I mentioned it to the staff 3 times, it never got better. Thankfully I had my phone to use.
Other issues: shower curtain was ripped/ frayed so water went everywhere while showering, the double French doors had really bad weather stripping / alignment so they were difficult to open and impossible to close completely. It was my bad luck to get a room directly across the street from a restaurant so their marquee illuminated the room all night long. The black out curtains helped but they too had a tear in them, it's also nice to sleep with the doors open.
It wasn't a terrible stay, but the lack of wifi was incredibly annoying. The other issues just suggest a lack of care, standards and attention to detail on the part of the staff. When I checked out I was not asked how the stay was. Front desk staff were always more interested in watching their tv and listening to music. It didn't appear that they cared a lot about guests.
Perhaps it's a supervisory issue....standards need to be set by management and then carried out by staff.
I would add, the wifi issue was not isolated to my room, other guests were experiencing the same.
Higher standards are definitely needed!!!!
I had a reservation booked for later this month, I cancelled it. There has to be a better option out there! Not interested in staying here again in the future.
