Best part was the location , near the city center and Wawel Castle . Property is pretty old , so had an instinct smell to it , my room was very dark and view was horrible . There is no elevator so carrying luggages to the 3rd floor was not fun . But my worst experience was towards the end when I checked out few days earlier because I had an accident and was in the hospital and I was told I would get a refund for unused days, but not only did I not get a refund but I was accused of leaving burn marks on the mattress and mattress cover and they asked me to pay 980 złotych for the damages . I was in shock ! First of all there was no iron in the rooms , you have ironing station down the hall and small iron board that I used couple of times , never had an iron in the room for one second , I told the property to check their security footage in the hallway to see if they saw me once carrying iron to the room . They stopped asking me to pay for the damages, they did not refund me any money for the unused stay and I had a valid reason why I could no longer stay, but to accuse me for something I had nothing to do with it was unacceptable ! Shame on you !
