Petite chambre dans la terrasse avec 10 lits superposés , vraiment c'est beaucoup,et on plus une fois à l'intérieur l'établissement ferme la porte blindée de l'extérieur donc tu peux plus sortir dehors ci jamais ya le feu ou une urgence,pour être clair je me suis sentie dans une cellule de prison,,le personnel était très gentil part contre pas de petit déjeuner, je déconseille fortement ,

tuvimos una incidencia con la reserva, tras confirmar Expedia nos llega un correo del Riad que se habían equivocado y no había plaza. Tras realizar la correspondiente reclamación finalmente se nos confirmar, pero por lo visto Dar Lalla Kenza nos desvío a otro establecimiento sin avisarnos, desconocíamos el nombre y la dirección con los consiguientes problemas en el caso de que nos hubiese sido preciso localizar. Callejón inmundo y oscuro, nos separaron, en diferentes habitaciones siendo que teníamos una familiar, y una de ellas con baño compartido (algo que no queríamos de ninguna manera) mal climatizada, el wifi pésimo....Nunca supimos como era Dar Lalla Kenza, pero no lo recomendaría por todo ésto.... voy a formular reclamación.

Mooi hotel in midden in het oude stadscentrum

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Dar Lalla Kenza. Onze gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het hotel is erg mooi, de kamer die wij hadden was heel ruim en het ontbijt erg goed. Ook is er een mooi dakterras waar je kunt genieten van het uitzicht over de stad.

The kindest staff and beautiful views

Dar Lalla Kenz was an amazing experience. Karim took such good care of us and helped us with literally everything. I have never experienced hospitality such as I did here. We have 5 ppl in our group and they were so accomidating and the breakfast they served each morning was delicious! The view from the terrace is breathtaking. I hope to stay here again one day. Karim, we wont ever forget the kindess you have showed us.

Cambio Dar Lalla kenza

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che non era disponibile la nostra camera e che ci avrebbero spostati in un’altra struttura. Siamo quindi andati in due/tre strade dopo ( a cui è possibile giungere solo con l’aiuto di qualcuno perché è un labirinto) e siamo entrati in questa tipica casa marocchina. Molto bella ma completamente gelida, senza riscaldamento nelle aree comuni ( per la colazione indossavamo i cappotti), e con un condizionatore in camera che si azionava solo tenendo accesa la luce della stanza. Abbiamo quindi dovuto dormire con la luce accesa! La pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Il personale e Karim erano tutti gentilissimi e ospitali ma sconsiglio questa sistemazione in inverno e con i bambini.

予約したのに満室といわれて泊まれませんでした

前払いで予約してあったのに、当日ホテルに着いたら満室だから泊まれないといわれました。受付の人に予約表を見せても、予約を受け付けたのは自分ではないのでわからないと取り合わないし、他のホテルを紹介してもくれませんでした。フェズのメィディナで路頭に迷うことになりましたが、幸い、頼んでいた車のドライバーがはついてきてくれたので、彼の紹介で何とか別の宿に泊まることができました。彼がいなければ本当に大変なことになっていました。 何かの間違いでオーバーブッキングだったかもしれませんが、その後の対応も全く誠実でなく、最悪です。
