The stay was very comfortable but the best thing was the helpful staff. Every person I spoke to were friendly and eager to help with anything that was asked. I will definitely stay there again when in the Shire.

Our room was better than expected for a hotel. Bathroom was updated with excellent shower. Room good size and the bed was super soft. Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. We also got a free drink voucher and the bistro food 😋 was nice.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly. Room was serviced everyday. Would have been handy to have a microwave and toaster available and windows that opened but otherwise happy with the room.

It was our 3rd stay at the Nightcap Hotel. Check-in is always a bit long as the staff is usually busy serving customers at the bar. We don't mind the wait anyway... Room are on the small side and mattress very soft but overall, the room has everything that is needed. I'll be happy to return again next year. Nice Asian restaurants in the area too if you don't want to eat on site.
