Esta a dos cuadras del centro de arequipa. Unas cuadras del mercado san camilo...increible mercado limpio y ordenado. Atencion y amabilidad del personal y siempre con una delicadeza de bebidas calientes en la recepcion. Desayuno buffet que recomendaria variar un poquito cada dia. Recomendacion ponga jugo de naranja natural. Por lo demas muy agradable todos sus ambientes .

Great hoyel

This hotel is really a pleasant surprise because it is a renovated property a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are of a generous size with very clean furnishings. Beds are comfortable, WIFI is good. The service is everything you would expect when you are on vacation. Staff are courteous and prompt. The terrace is great for viewing the sunsets of the volcanoes.

We really enjoyed the 3rd floor patio space to relax. The room service food was very good and the room was clean. Also, my kids enjoyed the wifi offered in the hotel. We wish we could have had more time to enjoy the hotel and explore Arequipa

아르마스 광장과 걸어서 5분이면 갈수있는 위치에 있습니다. 아르마스 광장 주변에 많은 성당과 수도원이 있고 매우 안전합니다. 시설은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 친절합니다. 조식은 보통이며 가격대비 매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 프론트 직원이 영어가 서툰것이 아쉬웠지만 게스트를 도와 주려는 모습으로 충분히 만족했습니다. 아레키파 지역 여건애서 노력하고 있는 호텔이라 생각됩니다.

Great service, great breakfast, great location

Went to Arequipa with friends, the hotel service was so good, we canceled a different reservation and came back here. Great breakfast, great service, great location and lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Would absolutely recommend to a friend an f would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Convenient and new hotel

Great place to stay close to plaza de Armas. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. WiFi was kind of slow but it’s comparable to most hotels in Peru. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, but it helped that we spoke Spanish.

We arrived and the two ladies at the front desk were really polite and welcoming but when we arrived in our room it was dirty. The sheet were dirty and had like bed bugs or some kind of bugs and blood stained. The bathroom was all dirty around the toilet. When we complained the lady told us she was going to send the cleaning person , a man, to check out and make sure it was cleaned. Otherwise she would change us. We came back later and he has not done anything. We went back to complain and unfortunately the lady was not there but this other guy that seemed to care less about the issue and sent the same cleaning man who care even less and had a really bad attitude towards cleaning. They offered us another room which was as dirty with stained sheets as well. We decided to left the hotel asap, when we informed this to the guy at the front desk - he just said ok whatever and did care to help us at all. It was almost 9:00pm. Horrible experience I have no idea why it has really good reviews. I would not recommend this hotel for the price and location you can find many which are clean and have really nice service.

I'd recommend Tierra Sur Colonial in a heartbeat.

This hotel is filled with character; the good kind. Original "silla" building is gorgeous, with boveda ceilings and chandeliers, a lovely dining room and a library of Music, which you can listen to. The courtyard leads to the newer building with the rooms, which are gracious and comfy. Only thing, it seems no hotel provides hot water in the sinks, only for bathing. It's sited just a few blocks away from the action..... which is perfect. And, the concierge service could not be more helpful, they really help you...to make sure that your stay in Arequipa and all the fantastic areas to visit nearby are memorable.
