Service was good - welcoming and prompt to answer questions. However, it’s not a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness was not good - our garbage can was not emptied from the last client and was full of old cigarettes. It makes me question whether they are followings cleanliness standards needed for COVID-19. The hotel needs to be upgraded - there is rust everywhere, painting is chipped, our doorknob was sticky, and there were holes in our bed sheets. Also, they have a restaurant on the ground floor, so if you’re anywhere near it, you can hear the clinking of plates, forks, etc. From your room. Lastly, we had reserved a room which was on the last floor, but our room was not on the last floor - very deceiving from hotels.com.
The view during breakfast is nice, not to mention the view on their terrace.
This hotel does not offer a 5 star experience and is not worth the money.
