O hotel vende uma exclusividade e nível de serviço que acaba não entregando. Tem instalações muito bonitas (piscinas e jardins), contudo pelo preço cobrado poderia ter uma qualidade melhor. O banheiro do quarto é bem pequeno, não disponibilizam uma máquina de café no quarto, o café da manhã é bem básico. Na mesma faixa de preço encontramos hotéis que entregam acomodações e serviços melhores. Tive cobranças adicionais no fechamento da conta, situação que se não tivesse observado teria pago um valor maior.

Fomos recebidos com uma taça de champanhe, o que já ditou o tom da estadia. ​O hotel une perfeitamente o rústico ao sofisticado, com obras de arte espalhadas por todo lado e um spa de tirar o fôlego.
