The owner was very accommodating in every way. We very much enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace each morning, with the incredible view of old town

The facility was great! We got the last room available that had the ceiling very low (it was the last floor below roof), that was the only thing. Also, the owner asked us to leave the AC off when not in the room, so at the end of the day it took a little time to cool off to a comfortable level.

The property was very clean and the apartment was nice. The owner was very accommodating and flexible. Overall great property! You’re able to walk to the Old Town from the property just lots of steps:)

Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. Spacious and comfortable for couple. The lady at the property was nice, she helped us check-in even though we arrived late around 9:30pm. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks from our room, such a spectacular view regardless of fireworks.

Amazing view above Dubrovnik from the terrace, large rooms, coffee and milk in the kitchen, the owner is really helpful she even cleaned my pants for free, expect some stairs to reach the appartement from the old town, the beach is about 5 minutes by foot

Clean room. Lots of stairs getting to building. Needed taxi and Uber. But all off Dubrovnik is stairs. Pleasant people running accommodation. Would recommend.

Superb stay. Clean, comfortable and the host went over and above to make the experience great - shared kitchen, coffee available etc. The views are unbelievable.

350 stairs to the beach! Why nothing in the description said that?! You are basically living on a vertical slope. Every time you go down it will cost you 15 euros by taxi to get back up. The view is great but the location of this property makes it absolutely impractical for vacation.

Rent och trivsamt med härlig utsikt.

Vi hade en bra vistelse. Värdinnan möte upp bra trots vår ganska sena ankomst. Utsikten ifrån balkong var grymt bra.

Wonderful, nice couple/owners. Good location up the hill and just 10 minutes walking to the old town. Comfortable room with everything you need including a kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great location with a view of old town. If you are staying in the upper floor rooms the roof might be a little uncomfortable to move around the bedroom.

Great hostess, very clean, beautiful views. A lot of elevation if you are on foot but that’s the price for a stunning view🙂

Really great location with great views from our room. Check in really simple and then left to our own devices which is great. Perfect for us but bear in mind that although very close to town the property is elevated so there are hills and steps to negotiate to access the property. Otherwise almost perfect for us and if we visited Dubrovnik again we would happily revisit Rooms Raic
