Very dirty, from toilets with brownish tiles, the sofa still has food crumbles. Towels quality is same asa OYO hotels, which is embarrassingly low class for Imperial. The amenities is short with not enough plates for 2 bedroom, toilet amenities is same quality as OYO (again). In short, for RM400ish a night it is low value for money

Expediaに掲載されている設備と実際の設備が大きく違っていました。電子レンジと洗濯機なのですが、スタッフに聞いたところスタジオタイプにはついていないと冷たく言われました。 また、１日目は１８時ころに到着したら、掃除が終わっていないので３０分待ってくれと言われました。１時間ほどたってからもう一回行くと、部屋がないといわれ、エマージェンシールームを準備するとのこと。 部屋の広さは同じでしたが、かけ布団はシーツがなくボロボロ、トイレは天井から水漏れなど少しひどかったです。 ２日目はまともな部屋でしたが、Wi-Fiのパスワードがどこにも書いていない、聞いても机に書いてあるとしか言われない。 アパートメントの部屋であれば想定していたような部屋だったと思います。 サービスレベルもスタッフの対応もひどいものでした。

The apartment really was top notch, very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. I was greeted outside hours by Lung who very quickly and efficiently got me checked in and settled in to the apartment. The properties share gym and pool facilities with the adjoining hotel and are very good and there is also an attached mall which has good shopping although I prefer the supermarket just across the main road. The Hoff, again just across the street, is a great place to get a drink and unwind a bit. It also has the added benefit of staying open quite late. Hope you enjoy the stay as much as I did.

Imperial Suites (attached to the Imperial Hotel) is a short Grab ride from the airport, but 25-40 minutes drive from the center of Kuching. There is no near public transportation. The reason for my OK rating is management’s policy of only accepting cash payment for room (so opt to pay in advance) and charging MYR 200 cash deposit, Since there is no full time reception and stadf don’t arrive till after 9 a.m. you can’t get your deposit back in cash if you check out for a morning flight. The receptionist tried to be helpful and promised to wire us the deposit refund but arranging this is a pain snd we are still waiting.

When I check in, staff needs to go up the room to get the access card for me. Look unprofessional. The WiFi service down and cannot use nearby WiFi router.in addition, staff provided wrong password. At the end inform me service down and wait for outsourcing technician to fix it on next day! Even apology from staff but unfair for consumer to paid this amount with this poor service which unmatched with the facilities provided! The bath room inside doesn’t even has place or to put my bath towel or clothes

Our room was not available for unclear reasons upon arrival. Sketchy and passive aggressive management. A cash damage deposit was required at check in without prior notice. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!

My experience at this property was really bad. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The space was quite dirty, and the bathroom in particular was not well-maintained. There's mold and milder on the tiles and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned properly. The floor near the toilet was sticky and smell like pee. They also don't have internet during my stay. On too of that, they are quite misleading- on expedia site it show that the property has washing machine, but in reality they charge extra per day to use it. So misleading! Furthermore, the property does not look like the photos provided online. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this place to others. I hope the property management will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

The bedrooms were not clean on arrival. The bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains and did not appear freshly laundered. The furniture is also quite worn and would benefit from replacement or refurbishment.

Room was filthy, full of lice / bed bugs too. And to top it off they tried to get out of refunding the deposit since I was leaving early the next morning. Only because I strongly insisted next thing they returned it. Be very careful! I certainly don’t recommend it.

Imperial Suites has very spacious apartments with full kitchen. Attached to a mall with a well stocked grocery store. The Suites are located 10 minutes by Grab from the airport and 20 minutes from the Orangutan Sanctuary. But it’s 25-30 minutes from Kutchin center, there is no nearby public transportation and tour companies will not pick you up there.

Nice apartment with nice view of Kuching. Clean room & toilet. But one of the exhaust fan at toilet is too noisy to switch on so my children don’t want to use that toilet. In general, is a nice stay. Tq

The ambience , cleanliness, bedding comfort, pillow, hot & cold shower , tap are running in good condition, facilities excellent, near to places of eating outside , walking distance to the premises. Night view of its surrounding is beautiful as we stayed on the 19th floor of the 20th floir building.
