The view was a small area as the balcony had walls on each side. There were many siverfish in the tub. The elevator didn't work. Worst of all, my hisband had called in to have my room charges pit on his credit card and also to have a bottle of wine in the room. This did not happen. Even after requesting a bottle of wine again ot still didn't happen. I spoke to the manager who was completely uninterested in what had happened. I have never had such poor service. The room was dingy and cheaply finished. I will never stay here again

The overall property itself is beautiful and in a great location however the room that we were staying at was very dated and in need of a renovation. The Resort is renovating another building/set of rooms so it is nice to see that all the rooms will eventually be upgraded. For now I would rate the property a 3 star however once the renovation of the rooms are completed I would likely give it a 4 star rating.

Location terrific. Seems a little run down and small things not functioning (our screen door was broken). Our main issue: we asked when booking if we could charge our electric car when there and were told yes. On arrival the “charger” was a hanging cord amongst construction debris and was not energized so we couldn’t recharge. Staff assured us it would be operating by 9am the following morning but it wasn’t and when we had to check out it was still not done.

The elevator was broken for the entire time we stayed in the hotel. The location was far away of any restaurant and the hotel restaurant didn’t had many options just piza and burgers.

Beautiful property, but a bit remote. We were travelling with another couple and our rooms could not have been farther apart. Water pressure fo shower was very poor.

The check in process was horrible I get Covid causes problems but come on hotels.com says 3pm check in we called tried to get earlier but they said no 3 pm cause Covid hung around left got there 30 mins early they said no 3 pm left came back at 3 they said no 330 pm and then said check in is supposed to be 4 they could have told me that from the start finally 330 we get our keys go and they keys weren’t activated rather then just say sorry they said keep it away from cards we just got it it never went near our cards I liked this place a lot was 3 time there but was so frustrated
