They are willingly to accommodate our needs like calling local drug store for us, wrapping my hot pepper sauce jars, cutting fruits that we bought from local markets, sending our clothes to a local laundry store for a cheaper price, storing our luggages and packages which were delivered to us prior to our stay safely. Their buffet breakfast is delicious with different authentic local dishes every morning. We only went to their afternoon tea once but it’s very pleasant and had a quite sweet treats. Our group of 14 had a great time staying at the Monarque hotel.

Our stay at Monarque Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the very first moment the staff made a GREAT impression. As soon as we arrived, we were provided with drinks and sweet treats. They also give a complimentary tea-time with snacks. In addition, every guest receives a voucher for a free Pho, which was delicious. The quality and variety of the breakfast buffet is exceptional. The pool, although small, it's excellent, and the cocktails at the bar are beautifully and very well prepared. The room was big and comfortable. The Monarque is a beachfront Hotel, with a very convenient location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. This hotel is not just a place to stay. It is an experience. What truly made our stay more special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, often anticipating our needs before even asking. They make you feel cared for. This level of genuine hospitality is rare to find. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
