I’d say location is a 5 star, staff was amazing. However, rooms were small, bathrooms were incredibly small. They only offered 2 towels per room, and when they did room service they washed and dried the towels and then gave them to us. We could spend 3-5 hours without towels.

The only concern I have is that a bottle of 600ml water cost $30,000 COP (~$12 CAD)!!! That was what the front desk told me. I asked for a price list of the items in the mini fridge and they couldn’t find one (charge whatever you can policy?). Other than that, breakfast was good (included) and the area is within walking distance to the poblado park which is a pick up place for some tours.

AC on Room 201 wasn't working properly. AC would work on Fan but not on Cool. We stayed 3 nights and problem was never addressed. We asked to be moved to another room, and were told that hotel was at capacity. Bathroom Drainage made the bathroom stink like urine. Problem wasn't addressed either. Hotel location is perfect! There was music all over the block but we were never bothered about it. Closing the window solved that. Sebastian ( Front Desk ) Agent was really nice and helpful.

Excellent value, staff. location and the extra amenity of a parking space. My only complaint is that the staff is constantly talking very loud without regarding the guests who may be sleeping. This is especially problematic when you're staying at the lobby-level rooms.
