不會服務的差勁飯店

第一次反應不乾淨就應該要協助更換房間，還說沒有房間可以更換，請我們在現場等房間，在現場等換床罩、床巾整整等30分鐘最後到好一小時。最後是客人要求才願意給其他房，最後才幫忙換到了18樓。 一句道歉、一句給客人添困擾都沒有的。連補償更不用說 其實就是服務上由上到下都超爛，沒有軟實力。以前來是覺得連早上看到客人也不會說早安，現在更想給你們一個爛字

房間的個人湯池很乾淨，床的軟硬適中，早餐不錯公設還有泳池和spa可以使用，整體住宿體驗舒適，員工從大廳接待到房務阿姨都笑瞇瞇地讓人感受很好~唯一美中不足的是，我們住的6樓房間門外一抬頭就能看到天花板很像壁癌的污漬，可能宜蘭真的太潮濕吧，雖然無礙住宿體驗但還是覺得要處理一下比較好。

蠻不推薦的飯店

房間的熱水壺很髒就算了，各樓層都沒有熱水可以用，只有頂樓、3樓跟1樓有熱水如果只要頂樓跟3樓設施關閉就只有1樓大廳有熱水可以使用，我剛好住在16樓想說頂樓有熱水可以使用結果凌晨要去使用熱水結果撲了空，結果又跑到3樓要去裝熱水又沒有熱水可以裝，結果只好跑到一樓去裝水，電梯上只告知哪裡有熱水沒有說頂樓跟3樓的熱水供應到什麼時間，入住也沒有告知，真的蠻不親民的，住的房型還不錯結果裡面的環境很髒灰塵很多，蓮蓬頭的水管還壞掉，游泳池的洗澡間對於高的人很不親民，不推薦給親朋好友入住，價位收費也不低還設備很多都壞掉的

Hard or not possible to speak English with staff. Cleanliness is not good (dust everywhere), under the bed is just never cleaned. Breakfast is not worth, food is just OK but nothing outstanding. Interior of wardrobe smells very bad. Won’t be coming again.
