Rooms were cleaned but the restaurant is filthy. I had pointed out that to the manager while check out. All the staff are well trained. I have enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has a lot of choices.. The location is very convenient.

I stayed for two weeks was charged for a second person when I came in to the hotel. and the bathroom tiolet didnt flush stinked coming from the bathroom after cleaning it.

Bad night in a bad inn.

The staff at breakfast were not helpful and were not nice. I asked for a second glass of orange juice and they refused to give it. There was very limited breakfast selection and their excuse was that it's ramadan time. But we're not Muslims and do not have to fast. They should not charge for breakfast in the booking if they had no intentions of feeding their non-Muslim guests properly. I had to wait 15 minutes every day for 4 days for my tea to be served. This is not a luxurious hotel as described. It is dated and the decor is tacky. The hallway to the rooms is dark that it does'nt feel safe, especially we are women. The room and the hallway also reek of cigarettes. The housekeeping staff hassle you for tips whenever you ask for supplies, which should have been provided anyway. There's two of us and they only put one bottle of shampoo and bath gel. The toiletries are of low quality that the soap does'nt even sud. The hotel is located in a busy street and is not in a good area.

Cómodo, algo caro, pero bien.

Hotel nuevo muy bonito por dentro y con algún detalle todavía por acabar. Por el precio que se paga le faltaría algún servicio ya que sólo hay un restaurante, y un poco más de cuidado en otros como la piscina que no estuvo operativa o el gimnasio muy muy escueto. Tiene un cine anexo desde el que se puede acceder desde el hotel. Muy cerca del hotel está el Zoo, un parque y es una zona bonita, algún restaurante y bastante vida diaria. La calle exacta del hotel y las anexas algo feas. El personal muy amable y en general la estancia por trabajo cómoda y bien.

Exceptionally good service. Better than in 5 star hotels in Europe, Canada and the Gulf. They can help you with anything. Very varied and tasty breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Some of the food in Room service meny is very good. And inexpensive for Europeans. Swimming pool is not heated, and therefore a bit cold. But deep and large enough for good excercise swimming. We used the game room a lot, with Fussball, Snooker and Carrom board. The Spa with 1 hour massage was ok.

Disappointing stay

On arrival there was a mix up with reservation. Handed a letter saying accommodation was cancelled which was actually not the case and that i would have to pay to book another room. Was made to pay fr another room, despite showing them original booking thag was still active and not cancelled. Was only when Hotels.com became involved that this was sorted. Was finally allocated a room only to find it was filthy. Shower head had some growth on it and was eventually changed. Window view was of a rubbish tip. Was offered free mini bar for duration of stay as compensation which was nice only it wasn't re stocked after the first day!! Asked room service a few times if they could please restock. Staff are not very helpful or seem to care, most don’t speak English well so any requests fall on deaf ears. Room service had a bad habit of knocking once then barging in! Nearly got caught out a couple of times Would not recommend or go back

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Rooms were ok at most 2* unfortunately encountered many issues firstly room had cockroaches. I informed reception and showed them a video i was told a manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me for my whole 3 days stay. We all got sickness and dioerah because of the hygiene issues. Day 2 i enquired about it and was assured someone would be in touch Nobody did. Lamps had exposed wires which were buzzing all night. Linen was dirty had that changed. Bathroom had broken fittings. Overall very disappointed. Had to wait for fresh towels daily. No towels available by pool area after enquiring and waiting for over 30 mins i was told towels are drying and i would have to wait. I would advise families not to stay here as health and safety is abysmal. Most disappointing part is that no one from the management team ever got intouch to address the issues. I will upload all the photos.

Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Badezimmer war für den Preis nicht sauber genug. Die Fugen in der Dusche müssten erneuert werden. Absoluter Minuspunkt ist die laute (und alte) Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Ansonsten netter Innenpool.

Nice clean place good polite staff. We had some issues which was addressed quickly by Miss Rosheen she is a true credit to the hotel and as a British citizen i would give her 100% for her customer skills.

Traveller

Every thing is more than average, but need to put more equipment in gym. There is only one or two workout machines. If possible adding sauna may help for relax for travelers. Else staff was nice, good breakfast and free ride to the airport.
